Terrible Billing

My daughter went in to the hospital for her teeth I had to pay an amount and the rest was an in hosptal benefit, Discovery paid the balance out of my savings account depleting my funds, I have queried it with no proper response until a lady phoned me and apparently rectified my problem. It was never rectified any claims I have now they dont pay me but take it toward the self payment gap, so in fact I still pay for the in hospital fee out of my pocket even though Discovery was supposed to pay this, thus they are cheating me. This whole transaction was not reversed properly and I feel Discovery has incompetent staff.
