I would like to express my appreciation for the superior service I received at the Fire and Ice hotel in cape town. With a hands on general manager like johan cronje and a dedicate team of workers I see this hotel being a favourite/highly sought after place with an excellent vibe/ambiance in the hotel industry. This has became my favourite hotel destination in cape town. Thank u johan and your team for the individuality, hospitality and enjoyment bestowed upon us. It is pleasing to note the involvement of the general manager as a host-i have also been privileged to observe the involvement of community work johan and his team are involved in.hats off to you and your team.
