Happy anniversary, one year after my complaint was so called "resolved" the incompetent daft clowns handed my account to a credit bureau again. The person who supposedly assisted last year sorted out absolutely nothing and when phoning Medicross no changes was done. It seems that the problem was only left for the next guy, utterly frustrating. Don't use them under any circumstances, if they cant handle a simple COID claim your chances of survival are limited.
