Not acceptable at all! After I've done what's required on my side. Almost three weeks I'm still waiting for my refund. I contacted the call centre twice to resolve this request. All I was promised was withnin 24hrs it will be paid into my account. What should I do to get this money paid. The other thing I been debited twice in my service plan for only one consultation. Could someone sort this thing out immediately before I take some drastic decisions.
