I need to have a vacuum assisted biopsy and the rules are that i must wait 3 to 5 working days for authorisation and the reason given is that they have 2 million clients and they cannot attend to my request sooner. I pay over R6000 per month and have to wait 5 days to get authorisation for R8500 procedure. They have so many clients, never mind how you feel while you wait to find out what is wrong with you. This is literally sickening and disappointing. Today is the forth day. If i pay my Monthly bill late, will they wait one week for me to pay without cutting my benefits? Sick!
