This is not so much a complaint as a general observation, the staff behind the web site help desk or queries seem to not really understand English or not read the e-mails properly that are sent to them. I added goals on the discovery web site under Vitality, these goals showed under the goals section, but there was a part at the top of the page that also showed active goals, this did not update, as a software developer myself, I do notice these
things and thought it useful to inform discovery of this bug, I did so sending a e-mail to the website info.
I got a reply back explaining when and how many goals where set, I know this I set them, this was not what I asked, I even included a screen shot highlighted with red where the bug was, how did they miss this or not understand what I was saying??? THis is not the first time that I have had this experience with the help desk... please have them learn to understand what the e-mail is saying and look at screen shots.
