Ive been with Resolution since 2007 ive heard all good stuff about them but now i think other wise, when i started i use to get every month on what was taking off my benifits and how much i have left when there is a increase they use to tell me. but for the past few years ive received nothing i know every year it goes up but this year nothing was comminucated. Today the 11th Jan 2013 i go to Get my tablets they tell me sorry you need to pay in an amount as the Medical aid is only paying R100, i call them to ask what is going on they say its the new rules nothing was comminuated as all im paying R1365 just for myself really
