I wanted to register my discontent with your appalling policy around kicking out gym members even if they have a genuine medical complaint. Considering the benefit is from a medical aid, this really is appalling. My wife had a low lying placenta and so was instructed not to exercise - and when she swam she fainted in the pool. We contacted yourselves to state this but was told you had no flexibility in your policy and when my wife was 4 sessions short at the end of the year was still kicked out even though if if you have given her a couple of weeks grace she would have made it.
I think this lack of flexibility lets your self down, particularly when you have access to the medical records to see whether someone is telling the truth. Having been a loyal Discovery client for some time (medical aid, card, life - short term insurance was too expensive) this episode leaves me with a bad taste.
