I've submitted my claims on 08 February. I received an email back stating that some of my claims' account details was not legible so I resent to [Email Removed] with ref number 080213QPYZSK. To date I still haven't received acknowledgement that the claims were received or captured.
Fedhealth is normally quite quick with their processing, please can you put an urgent on these claims as it is alot of money and we need these finalised quite quickly.
