ON 07 November 2022, I was at Leratong hospital to see a gynaecologist, as i was transfer from Bekkersdal clinic to Leratong hospital. I am not happy with filing department; the way they operate that day it was out of order. For me to make file it took me 6 hours from 08:00 to 13:00. After i have made a file, i went at GOPD all to find that the doctor was leaving. I didn't get any help and you all know how GOPD works make an appointment before u see a doctor. Imagene how many people going back to their home without seeing doctors because of receptionist, only one person was working, and she was very slow. it pains me that i have to wait for other 4 months so that i can see a gynaecologist. health department is failing us as South Africans.
