I was at your institution today, after I realised that I have missed my follow up appointment in casualty and then on my arrival, I was assisted by a forever sweet guy who works at your reception and while he was busy assisting me, I then explained my reasons for my visits today and he then said I must wait for someone to assist me as it seems as if there was a problem with my Iod file.
Finally the admin supervisor that works with Iod files arrived, but on his arrival his tone was not nice as he was complaining that I took my self to a Dr while I wasn't suppose to and then I asked to explain to him of my reasons for consulting with the Dr I consulted with and he then told me that I mustn't tell him about an Iod file that's been closed and again I tried explaining to him of what was going on.
His conclusion to my matter was that I will sort everything with my treating Dr that I saw on the 14-04-2022 after my follow up consultation from casualty. As according to his statement I took myself to the Dr in question but the funny part is the Dr I saw in casualty that day never said I mustn't go to the Dr in question, as I told him that am going to see the Dr in question.
I feel I was not well treated or approached as I am not a Dr/a Cleck and lastly I don't know how they deal with Iod cases. Am just a patient
In future maybe the hospital should give us more training of measures to follow when one is attending your hospital in conjunction to Iod, because I took my time to come to your facility only to be treated bad.
Am not happy at all and if I could I would go to a different facility, where I will be treated fairly and informatively
