Terrible manners

My father a COPD patient was treated by Dr Pahad at the beginning of 2022. His COPD had reached a point where he needed full time oxygen. After many attempts to get hold of Dr Pahad to gain feedback on my dad's situation, treatment and way forward. His response to me on the phone was why does he need to explain to the patients son or wife his diagnosis or treatment plan as he had briefed the patient already. Being a Palmonologist and the condiction my dad was in, common will tell you there is oxygen deprivation to the brain of a COPD patient. Explaining to the patient solely the chances of him understanding anything being told to him are slim. Furthermore my mum and I are the ones who see to his care once discharged and it would make sense to brief those seeing to his care at home. Lastly knowing my dad's condition, he gave my dad a discharge knowing full well he needs permanent oxygen. My dad got an Uber home after discharge with no prior arrangements for Oxygen to be available to the patient whilst on his way home or after. Terrible service from a highly recommended palmonologist, not to mention the rude behaviour during my phone calls with him.
