The receptionist told me it was going to be a surtain price, when i got there it was R3000 more expensive after i drove 36 kilos to get there, i was lied to, the dentist was rude, i was told it would only take an hour, [it then took four and a half hours], imy children was stranded outside of school and no one was there to pick them up because they lied to me and their promises changed after i drove 36 kilos to them, when the docter fitted my denture i told him it hurt, he told me yes yes its just been fitted, after it was done the denture was not fitting properly and hurt me, i told him but he just told me it was loose, [which is why i went there, to get it fixed]
he also did not attemp to fix it where it hurt where i told him in the first place
I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED, I WAS GOING TO DENTURE DIRECT, THIS COMPANY SAID THEY TOOK DENTURE DIRECT OVER, BUT THEY DONT CONSIDER HUMAN BEINGS LIVES AND HEALTH AT ALL
