Poor service at the surgery department

Ive been waiting for 9 months on a waiting lits for surgery at TBH. My bed was booked for 6 Oct 2021. When the time came they told me that they dont have a bed for me so there can be no surgery done. Im in great pain its just getting worse so i go back every monday to check if they can help and still no help. I cant aford medical aid. Its now Dec 2021. I am sick of this i can die of my hernia that is torn open inside me. But they wont help. Please what can i do.
