Our 3 week old little boy had a constricted hernia and needed an emergency surgery, the problem that we had is that our medical aid did not cover any surgery at the hospital. Our little boy was in a lot of pain and we did not know what to do. A very friendly and helpfull Dr Kotze went out of his way to assist us. The MD Mr Jordaan heard about the issue we had and very kindly offered to assist us, his words was "its more important to get your boy well we will worry about the rest later" Mr Jordaan contacted the medical aid and got authorization for the surgery to go ahead. Dr Kotze kept us updated all the time and both of them did not leave us for a second. Dr De Villiers went out of her way and squeezed our son in between her surgeries to get him well again all of them did not leave the hospital till they were certain we were sorted and our son is well again. These people are real people with real harts who really cares for a life and not money! What a honour to have met them and I will talk about this excellent service for ever!! Well done keep up the good work!! We can see your job is your passion!
