On June 16th I went to Clicks Brooklyn where I received the worse service ever. I shopped and paid for all my medication. When leaving the store, Sharon stopped me to ask me for my slip. I enquired why she would want it, she could not answer and simply said, because I want it. I was shocked and very offended as my parcel didn't beep. The gentleman next to me had his parcel beeping, however he was told to continue. The situation worsened when Elizabeth came and muttered and said just give her your slip. After enquiry why she rudely said in an unprofessional manner, just give it to her. I have never been as offended as this, no apology from either of the ladies. The manager tried to validate what was done. When the customer asked them why they were doing this as his parcel beeped and not ours, they didn't give him a response. I frequent Clicks stores, however Clicks Brooklyn has declined terribly with service and would not recommend as a place to shop. Pathetic service indeed.
