I AM TRYING TO SORT OUT A CLAIM DISCOVERY DO NOT SEEM TO HAVE THE CAPACITY TO DEAL WITH FOR WHATEVER SHORT COMMINGS THEY HAVE!!! I CALLED IN THREE DAYS AGO AS THE CLAIM WAS REJECTED DUE TO AN INCORRECT PRACTICE NUMBER. I GAVE THEM THE CORRECT NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE SORTED OUT BY FRIDAY. I CALLED IN TODAY AND WAS TOLD THAT I MUST GET ANOTHER INVOICE FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER!! WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THIS UPON FIRST CALLING IN???
THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THE CONSULTANT WHO DEALT WITH MY CALL TODAY SIMPLY (WITHOUT SAYING A WORD TO ME!!!) PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 25 MINUTES WITHOUT COMING BACK TO ME AND THEN CUT ME OFF!!!
