This is my 6th time donating blood and I was impressed with the man that was helping. He was kind and genuine in all he did when dealing with the people that came to donate blood. He took time to interact with everyone, encouraging and was patient. pleasant experience. :)
p.s: I don't think i spelt his surname correctly.
