Billing for what???

I have already donated 45 units of Blood i tell you from today i will never again.
I do it to safe a live, however whats the point when its a money making business.
I was hospitalized in July 2012 today i receive a bill for receiving blood.
What blood is the question??? in my life i have never had a blood transfusion, why am i being billed for one.
So what i see from this, we that donate, donate so that SANBS bills people for not even using the donated blood.
I do it for a life, but again whats the point if you need to pay for blood that you never even received.

I tried to explain the lady at accounts that i never in my life received blood, she so rude, all she says is they want the money for what!!!
