My employer booked me to stay at the East London ICC Protea hotel on the 5th October 2013. I left to attend the awards ceremony at about 17:00. I stayed there until just after midnight. Upon my return, I noticed an unfamiliar bag in the lounge area of my suite. Walking into my room, I also noticed that some of my clothing that was in my suitcase when I left, were strewn all over my bed. I then looked around to take stock of what was missing. I noticed that, my wife's white Laurus watch was missing. My Adidas sneakers were missing. The black BMW bag in which the contents were in was also missing. A t-shirt was missing as well. I then ran to Reception to report the matter. After I told them what happened, I was promise that the head of security would pay me a visit in the morning, as he had already knocked off. So I went straight back to my room and slept until the next day. First thing the next morning, I went back to my room where, where the Security head by the name of Hugh Hilson arrived and took my statement. After weeks of waiting, we paid them a vist and they said, according to their investigation, it was an inside job. THEY PROMISED TO INVESTIGATE FURTHER, but nothing so fa
