As per my initial complaint on the 24 January 2014, I received a call from a lady called Lammy regarding my hello peter complaint saying that someone is attending to the matter and my query is now with management, she is not sure when payment can be expected but my new banking details is now loaded and she'll keep me updated, that was the last time I heard from bonitas today is the 30 Jan and I have not received feedback since the 27th, I don't know what is happening and when to expect payment, this is pathetic service, than I see a response from bonitas saying that this matter has now been resolved, pls tell me how its been resolved when I still don't know what is happening, I need a urgent response as to when to expect payment as this has been going on for almost a month now. Someone needs to contact me urgently and I don't want to hear that you don't know when I will get payment I want proper answers
