Firstly, could i please have the CEO's/MD's email address in order to show them how incompetent and sarcastic their staff are with their clients on emails? Bad attitude does not even describe it!
Secondly, I requested info regarding new products for 2014 which covers co-payments. Someone wants to pay you more money in a month and you ignore them... that makes sense.
Thirdly, the service, even if my claim is covered or not, that is not the point. I have experienced some bad service in this country the past while, but you guys are the cherry on the cake! Maybe you guys should get some tips from Sanral. Even they have better service, how scary is that?
Antoinette Swart is the only person in your company that has always replied on all emails and gave me great service. Maybe make her Nada's manager and teach them some customer service and good etiquette.
Antoinette has already been so kind to rather cancel my policy for which i paid over 3 years premiums, lets see if the claim matter gets settled.
