We received a sms stating that we have been handed over by Lancet.
We haven't received a call, an email or any contact with Lancet about an outstanding account.
I just feel this is unacceptable as how can you hand over someone without even contacting them about their outstanding account.
I then get a letter from an ITC company stating that Lancet will be putting a judgement on us. I just feel that how can they expect a person to pay their account if they don't even received an invoice or a statement.
