My Grandmother Ann Paterson has been waiting for over 10 days now for a pacemaker she has been in and out of ICU and the general ward. If the medical aid had approved the pacemaker she could be home by now instead of in a frail care at an old age home. As part of Compcare Wellness PMB for the Symmetry plan Heart Arrhythmia is included... so legally they are responsible to pay for this yet somehow mange to get away with delaying payment? To a member who has been contributing for over 30 years... disgusting.
