I am a Flight Attendant and have the priveledge of being in a lot of hotels and never have I received such great Service, Hospitality, friendliness, Proffesionalism and Charisma of the staff and especially from Kyle. I was even more completely blown over when I received choclates because my birthday is coming up on thursday. Its the small things that they do that make you feel right at home and welcomed. I really feel special and honoured and feelings like this cannot be bought anywhere. WELL DONE and THANKYOU
