I tried to claim and sent in the proof of payments and everything needed but they keep telling me a slip is in the way then I sent it a second time making sure that all 3 papers are sepperately scanned and showing as such on the scanned images and they still tell me the same thing. And if i ask them what is needed because I do not want to waste fuel by going 10 times then they mention everything that I have already sent through! Really bad service that I am receiving. And when I mailed someone to phone me ASAP to sort this matter out they did not phone back
