Boncap medical aid option. The documents was received at home saying she will only be active from the 1 April 2014. a late penalty fee or R300 must be paid. How can she be late? I phoned in to ask why, was told she was never on a medical aid for 16 year. all the certificates is at your department. If this is the case you must inform all new members that they will wait 3 months before being active. Even if they submit there latest certificates. The call center agent ask for all the certificates 16 years back. Really now 16 years back. most of her adult life was she on a medical aid.
