HUGELY FRUSTRATED & DISAPPOINTED!

I've sent income verification docs as requested for KeyCare Core on 5 Dec. Sent affidavit on 20 Dec confirming that my wife loans ad-hoc funds into my bank account to help me meet my debit order obligations as Bradley suggested I should. They say that since the loans are from my wife it equates to a joint income with ME - are any of these people married??? Have made a number of calls to the call-centre, spending approx 20 min per call explaining the situation to different people and still no one is responding to me. They promise to get Bradley to call me and even suggested that they would copy his manager in the request and yet he still hasn't returned my call. I'm disgusted with their attitude and service and am considering terminating my membership after 13 years - I've had no major claims in this time, I should be a model client they'd want to retain. I've indicated that should my situation change in the 1st quarter of 2014 I would advise accordingly but still no one is responding. I agree with a prev comment that 'the dishonest members are probably getting better service.' So disappointing!
