AS PER DISCOVERY'S REQUIREMENTS WE HAVE TO DO THE ANNUAL INCOME VERIFICATION FOR MY MUM'S KEYCARE PLAN.THIS YEAR, I HAVE FORWARDED THE INFORMATION AS I DID LAST YEAR, ADDRESSING THE QUERIES THAT CAME UP IN 2012 IN ADVANCE SO THERE ARE NO ISSUES, ALTHOUGH THE QUERIES IN 2012 WAS NOT ADDRESSED IN 2011-THUS MY POINT OF LACK OF CONSTITENCY.2013 DISCOVERY IS QUESTIONING WHY MY MUM DOESN'T SPEND MONEY FROM HER BANK ACCOUNT! SERIOUSLY! I HAD TO DEAL WITH SHANE GANESH YESTRDAY FOR 45 MINS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT I HAVE SENT EXACTLY THE SAME DOCS THAT I SENT IN 2012 AND THAT AFTER SPEAKING TO DEVASHNEE ADIB AND EXPLAINING THE FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS, SHE OUTSTOOD AND ADVISED THE "SPECIALIST" AND THE PLAN WAS APPROVED.SHANE TOOK THE LIBERTY OF TALKING DOWN TO ME (WHICH I MORE THAN ONCE ADVISED HIM NOT TO DO.HE SEEMED TO HAVE DECIDED THERE WAS A COMMANALITY BETWEEN US AND THAT HE COULD USE ADOPT A CYNICAL TONE WITH ME.HE REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO A "SPECIALIST" AND SAID IF THE INFORMATION IS NOT PROVIDED THEN WE WILL BE DEBITED WITH THE HIGHEST PREMIUM. HE SHOWED NO CONCERN, OR EMPATHY AND WAS NOT WILLING TO EVEN ONE STEP FURTHER THAN HIS JOB. I AM DISGUSTED AT THE WAY I WAS TREATED!
