What happened to the Hippocratic oath? More and more suppliers want money up-front so we pay-up. To get it back or just a courtesy-response from our medical aid Discovery, is by far another matter. For weeks, my wife and I have tried for a response from Discovery to obtain information as to the re-imbursement for the money which we have already had to pay-out to service-providers who refuse to claim from Discovery on our behalf, but not a word has been forthcoming yet for weeks from Discovery to us. The latest as received today after yet sending another complaint as to no response, is 3001637887. Frustration is not the word!
