When attempting to complete my income tax return I noticed that my Tax Certificate from Resomed did not reflect my full contribution. On closer inspection noticed that for two years in a row the amount reflected as contributions had reduced despite the annual increase.
On 27 July 2013 I brought this to the attention of Resomed via client services email account.
5 Aug I sent an follow-up email as I had not received any response.
8 Aug still no response so I called, helpful lady from client services indicated she would follow-up and get back to me.
23 Aug after no response called spoke to Noluthando Ndlovu promise to investigate and send a re- 26 Aug sent mail with no re- attached 27 Aug got recon 28 Aug point out mistake on recon I am asked to again submit proof of payment for payment made in advance 30 Oct 12 confirming error I am told they would get back to me asap.
29 Aug reply sent follow up email.30 Aug reply received by email confirming mistake on recon but no action to correct I request confirmation via email on process to amend records.
04 Sep sent follow-up mail still no response.
16 Sep I again call still no response asked to again submit proof of payment.
