We recently holidayed at the beautiful Drakensberg Sun (Chalet 206) and I left a large saucepan behind. I contacted them, they had it at security and next day telephoned to say it would be delivered to the Elangeni Hotel the following day. When I collected it it was safe and sound beautifully packaged - excellent service! Very special thanks to Beatrice Khoza who reported it to security.
