Refusal to remove me from contact list

I have complained about this before and hopefully won't have to do so again. I receive unsolicited spam smses from Discovery trying to sell me various products. The last time I complained on Hello Peter I received an apology and the promise I'd be removed from the list. Yet the spamming has continued for the past 2 months. Very poor show Discovery, not to mention poor regard for the law.
