DIscovery Let Me Down When We needed them

I recently contacted Discovery to enquire about availability of local ENT practitioners on their list - those that will work for their rates. I made it clear that as both my kids were having emergency procedures, I required urgent feedback. I did this telephonically and online.

No one bothered to respond. I was forced to go the usual route of paying my Dr's fees, which like all decent Drs is 3 times that of the 'detached from reality' fees D.H. seem to feel is market price.

I made a formal complaint a week later, and was called back by a concerned agent - who promised to provide me with a post-mortem and explanation in due course.

Nothing. Not a word. Discovery unilaterally dropped the matter and decided they had no reason to investigate.

Disgusting. I am currently considering a competitor and will be switching as soon as possible. They pay out 1/3 of current market rates and don't advise on any Drs who offer their rates - probably because none exist and they are worried about getting found out.
