We would like to praise a staff member with whom we had contact via email. She was fast and efficient and we always had a reply to our emails within 48 hours. We had overpaid an amount which was refunded just as quickly. Yes, the call centre was NOT the way to contact anyone as calls were never answered or cut off. We have been very happy with her response and are looking forward to our cruise next month.
