Pathetic service and Delays

Hi

My medical Aid is Momentum, little did I know to my horror that the plan I was on would involve Primecure. I am going to be a First Time mom, 6 months Pregnant. With regards to going to my gynae I always make queries and was told to get my authorization from Primecure, I got my both authorizations numbers, all info for November and December, claims were submitted from the gynaes rooms. I am still waiting till today for both these claims to be payed out. I have made over 10 calls, sent over 20 emails and all I get is that The claims are with correspondence and with processing. My gynae will not see me till these have been payed, I have told Primecure and they could not care. My pregnancy is so miserable thanks to the pathetic service I am receiving which is putting strain on my baby and myself. I am so glad that for the year 2013 I do not have to deal with Primecure but unfortunately I still have to endure calling and calling, emailing to get my November and December claims payed.
