I submitted a change of option for one of our employees in November, but missed the email in December that requested the application to be filled out on another form than the one I sent through. Lerato very efficiently assisted to sort this matter out (even though it was already past the cut off date for changes). Even though it was a mistake from my side I received the new, amended membership certificate within 2 hours after sending the correct forms. Appreciated much!!
