We enquired from Bonitas about the procedures to be followed in deregistring a dependent and re-register another dependent from the medical aid policy. Bonitas' Lerato Mosoeu listened to and understood our enquiry. What impressed us more was that even when we missed a number of the ID, she did not apportion blame to us, instead she took some of the responsibility fro the mistake and in her own words indicated that "we missed one number". For us that is textbook material for courteous and professional service.
She then provided us with simple and clear advise, both in english and the vernecular, and promptly emailed us the necessary forms. My wife is not easily impressed, but she could not stop thanking Lerato. What a pleasure to have received such oustanding service from Bonitas and Lerato
