Inadequate response to delivery query

I ordered an iPad from FNB.
I was due to leave the country for a couple of weeks, and in anticipation of this, asked that the delivery be made to my wife in JHB South Africa in my absence.
Despite numerous calls and mails stating that I'd be out of the country the courier has tried to contact me on my phone. I cannot return their calls as I'm out of the country and cannot access their contact number!
Nothando mailed me on the 19th of April to say she'd received my query! She still tried to contact me on my phone, not by mail!
Despite replying to her mail a further 5 times, I haven't heard any further response!
Please help!
