Still struggling to get a refund

Refer my previous report regarding Momentum dated 20 Dec 2013. Rodger Naidoo did respond to my report by calling me on the 20th saying the refund will be processed on 02 January 2014. I called the Momentum Help Desk yesterday (08 January 2014) as I am still waiting for the payment. The consultant transferred me to their Finance Department. The guy in the Finance Department said he'll phone me back before the end of the day. I'm still waiting for his call... and the payment.
