Firstly we booked 2 "cabanas" at Primo cabanas, each cabana could sleep 2 people and had a fridge, misquito net, double bed and fan. I went on their Facebook page aswell as emailed the owner to make sure everthing was legit as it seemed to be. I fully paid upon booking in JUne 2013... I booked to stay there from the 26th of Dec to the 4th of Jan 2014... The sunday before we left I called Marietjie the owner just to confirm our arrival on the wednesday. TO MY UTTER SHOCK she told me that they "broke down the cabanas" and we (2 couples) had to stay in a house on their property and that I should be glad she put us in the house becuase its better? Well we went as everything were paid for and when we arrived we were actually put into a backpacker house and were sharing a house with 24 other people!!! 2 bathrooms for all 26 and us 2 couples had to stay in a room with 2 BUNKBEDS! We paid R170pp per night! THE ELECTRICITY GOES OFF ALL THE TIME AS IT IS PREPAID... THERE WERE NO FANS OR MISQUITO NETS SO WE COULDNT SLEEP AT ALL... THE SEWERAGE COMES THROUGH THE SHOWER HOLE... ONE 1 DOOR FRIDGE FOR ALL 26 PEOPLE TO SHARE... It was the most horrible experience to stay there!!! NEVER AGAIN~!
