I went in for a c section on the 2August 2012, my daughter was covered for the first 30 days on my medical aid, which I registered onto my medical aid before the 30 days was over, and she has been covered ever since.
I received a sms to say that my account has been handed over to vericred, which I contacted, and this is the first I have heard about this account. I have never been informed by pathcare via sms, neither did I receive any statement to say that I had an amount of under R200 outstanding.
I have been told that I am being blacklisted because of this R200, this is totally unacceptable.
