I booked Christmas day lunch for my family and I paid in full (R1300) in November. Upon arrival the guard told us the hotel went into liquidation on Thursday (18/12/2013). No one contacted us and we are now unable to get a refund. The worst is the owner drove passed us on our way down and waved. This was obviously a HUGE to get in as much cash before they closed their business operations. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour and dishonest conduct. Many other people were in the same situation. May you never open your business door again.
