My previous report concerns.
Registrar of Medical Aids ordered Discovery to refund me on a PNB claim. In August 2013. Cut a long story short, they paid it over to Medi Clinic who could not refund me, M C paid it back to them, spoke to Wendy Busey on Friday20/12, said the payment was released on 12/12/2013. Give them 3-5 working days and it wil be in my bank account, from 12/12??? She said I should call her today, Monday 23 if it's not reflecting in my bank account, guess what, not reflecting and she's not at work. This report is now also mailed directly to the person at CMS working with this case, I think this is a case of a medical aid showing a body like CMS the middle finger, thus shwing the authority who put CMS in PlCe the same. Is Discovery bigger than the Constitutional Court, don't think so as this will be my next step, seeing that they can not adhere to CMS rulings. Beware people.
