Medical aid indicated that they partially paid a medical bill but doctor's office refuted this and insisted I pay the full outstanding amount. Call centre agent informed me that I'd be able to claim the partial payment back. I followed up on the claim emailed to their claims department a month ago and was advised to send the claim via fax instead as they do not have any record of my submission. I have now tried to submit claim via fax, to different fax numbers which I got from call centre agents with no success. I am disappointed with the service that I have received as I am still out of pocket
