Justine Meyer was my 7th call to Discovery health this week. In under 30 mins she managed to cancel my spousal membership application on my wife's account with the new memberships team, reinstate my existing account and switch my vitality membership to my life policy. I had been struggling to find people that could assist me with this and inform me correctly about my transfer to Bankmed and Justine managed to inform me sufficiently and really was effective at sorting out the issues i had.
