Incompetency at its best

Have sent numerous emails to these people over the past six weeks requesting that my vitality membership be transferred from my medical aid and linked to my life insurance policy. Have received a phone call from their employee assuring me that this has been done. Now I find out that they haven't done anything, completely useless and now I am going to have to fight for benefits I have a right to. Strongly suspect they did this on purpose to get out of paying my benefits over as they no longer offer some of them.
