I have been a regular customer at the Westgate Spur for over 5 years now. I like to be served by the same waitron every time on condition the service received was good. About 3 years ago myself and my wife celebrated our anniversary at spur on the 15th December and we were served by Willard Dube. Always smiling, very efficient and never gets my order wrong. I am also the very meticulous about my order, and Willard always is prepared to go the extra mile for me. I never have to remind him about my special requests either. He greets myself and my family al by their names too. But what really impressed me last night is when we were greeted by Willard, he wished us for our anniversary. I was speechless. The fact that he remembered that was amazing for me. Although we were not really celebrating our anniversary last night, Willard almost made us feel that we were. My wife even said to me how does he remember and you don't... lol. The service we received last night made us feel we were dining in a 5 star restaurant. He received a R400 tip From me last night which doesn't even feel enough. Please ensure that Willard receives the appropriate recognition he deserves.
