On the 13th December 2013, we had our company at The Boma-Emerald Resort. When we booked the venue, we were told that the buffet is open from 12:00 to 15:00, and thereafter we can enjoy some drinks. We paid our bill after 15:00, and also told that there is a compalsory 10% tip that we have to pay which we were not informed of initially. At 16:00 the manager came to our table and said " The resturant is now closed, please leave". I then responded and said " But we haven't finished our drinks yet, and I I asked the waiter for some water". He then responded " No water, please leave". This we felt was uncalled for, rude, and also, he asked all the other black customers to leave, but left the other white customers still enjoying themselves. I then went to the reception to complain, both the manager and the receptionist did not show any remose. We then left the venue very humiliated
