We paid a deposit of R3300 for a 6 night stay. On arrival, we were asked if we would like tea/coffee in our unit? When confirming, we were handed a zip seal bag with a small long life milk, sugar and coffee. The alarm bells rang VERY loud. The unit was not marked (we pushed they card key into each room until a door opened). The unit was smelly, dusty, the appliances was falling apart, the furniture was old, dirty and un-usable, so was the "braai". We were forced to leave the card key (the office was closed) and find accommodation at 8 o'clock at night. Upon trying to get my money back, I was promised a refund of R1 650. That was on 9 January. Nothing has been refunded. I enquired today and Ragini said no, Gary has changed his mind. Surely thay only have the right to keep the deposit for 1 days stay??
